We & our partners adhere to nationally adopted standards for child safety, training, governance, and branding as well as best practices. In-depth child safety workshops, mentorship workshops provide agency staff with the knowledge and tools to put the youngster first.

Child safety is our highest priority. We will be analyzing our data and provide imminent feedback to our agencies and mentors to constantly improve our services and programs.

There is no possible way to include all the essential topics and cover all areas in this project. However, our goal and mission are to continue to empower the adolescents to make better decisions in life with sufficient resources ready to serve them.

We will continue to improve our program, think out of the box and make sure our
youngsters are confident enough to make big decisions, to be influential and to feel comfortable to broaden their horizons at their will.

Founder's Note

Dear Difference Maker,

I’m so excited to share with you one last note before you make your decision. This program is a product of over 15 years of being involved in various programs and activities with the youngsters since 2005.

This is a passion project for me from the beginning. I truly believe in each and every youngster out there, regardless of their background. I believe they can be visionary rather than survival, and they can make a difference rather than being judged and told they can’t have a success story.

This project is not reinventing the wheel yet it does bring a new perspective to their progress. It offers a couple of new alternatives to their fresh minds before they weigh in on “fun” stuff. We as adults should curate the communities for them to feel comfortable enough to be heard, safe enough to return and wise enough to increase their intellectual capital.

This project is by no means contains any secret ingredient or miraculous and imminent solutions to our challenges. However, it plays the music on a new tone, allows them to express and raise their awarenesses.

Let’s help our youngsters in their transition to adulthood. Let’s help them to turn into a butterfly. Let’s help them to make a difference in their world, in our world.
