For Community Leaders, Schools & Organizations

Your
People
Run It.
We Build
The Structure.

PUPA is a 20-week program your organization runs — using your own trusted adults, for your own young people. We provide the curriculum, the platform, the training, and the oversight. You provide the community that already exists.

The Core Principle
"Trust is the curriculum. We don't place strangers in your space. We equip the adults who already belong there."

The Partnership Model

Not a
Vendor.
A Partner.

PUPA doesn't arrive as an outside organization and take over. You retain full ownership of how the program runs within your walls. Your adults. Your schedule. Your community's rhythm. We bring the structure that makes it work — and the platform that makes it visible.

Why the Name

In biology, a pupa is the chrysalis stage — when the transformation from larva to butterfly happens entirely on the inside, invisible to the world. Every adolescent is in a pupa stage. What happens in that window is everything.

PUPA exists because that stage deserves more than chance. The adults in your community are the ones who can create the right conditions. We give them the structure to do it.

This means the young people in your program aren't handed off to strangers. They're guided by the adults who already know them — using a curriculum built for exactly this kind of environment.

PUPA monitors from a distance. We track progress, review performance, and step in when your facilitators need support. You lead. We watch your back.

You Reach Out
A conversation — not an application. Tell us about your community, your young people, and what you're hoping to build. We'll figure out together whether PUPA is the right fit and how it adapts to your context.
We Equip Your Facilitators
Your coaches, teachers, youth workers, and community leaders become PUPA-certified facilitators. Full training, session plans, mentor notes, and platform access — all before Week 1 begins. They run it. We support them.
You Lead. We Monitor.
Your community runs the season. PUPA tracks cohort progress through the platform — session completion, student growth, parent engagement — and provides performance reports. You see everything. We support from a distance.
The Partnership Includes

What Your
Community
Gets.

Every PUPA partnership includes the full stack — curriculum, training, platform, and ongoing support. Nothing is sold separately. Nothing is hidden behind an upgrade.

Distance monitoring by PUPA — performance review and facilitator support without overstepping your autonomy
Who This Is For

If You Have
Young People
and Trusted
Adults, Talk to Us.

PUPA isn't defined by ethnicity, religion, income level, or zip code. It's defined by any organization that genuinely cares about the full development of the young people in their care — and is ready to commit a season to it.

A parent who believes in this can be the catalyst. You don't have to be the org director yourself to get this started — sharing this page with someone who is might be enough.

🏫
Schools & Districts
Afterschool or in-school enrichment. Your existing staff as facilitators. Progress tracking for your principal and coordinators.
🕌
Faith Organizations
Mosques, churches, synagogues, temples, and community centers — organizations that already gather young people regularly.
🏀
Youth & Sports Orgs
Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCAs, leagues, afterschool programs — organizations built around developing young people.
🤝
Nonprofits & Advocacy Orgs
Mission-driven organizations that serve young people and want a structured character program with measurable outcomes.
The Five Pillars

What Gets
Built in the
Room.

I
Creativity
Not art class. The discipline of building something — an idea, a solution — that didn't exist before. Trained deliberately, session by session.
II
Problem Solving
Real challenges, critical thinking, and strategies that work in actual life — not just on a standardized test.
III
Word + Action
Say what you mean. Do what you say. Communication and follow-through as a single, unified character trait.
IV
Self-Check
Emotional intelligence and the internal compass to course-correct — without needing someone else to do it for you.
V
Representation
Stepping into spaces that are unfamiliar. Being genuinely present — not performing, not pitying — with people whose lives look completely different.
Coming Soon — Afterschool DLC
For Schools Specifically

You Already
Have Everything
You Need.

Every afternoon, schools have three things sitting in the same building: responsible adults, young people waiting to be picked up, and physical space. What's missing is structure, coordination, and programming that means something.

The PUPA Afterschool DLC turns that holding period into a genuine character development season. No outside hires. No budget drama. The adults already in the building run it — trained and supported by PUPA.

Express School Interest
I
Your Existing Adults, Facilitated
Teachers and aides who already know your students become PUPA-trained facilitators — no added headcount, no strangers in the building.
II
Structured, Purposeful Sessions
Each session is planned, timed, and meaningful. Students know what they're walking into — not an extension of school, something genuinely different.
III
School-Wide Progress Tracking
Principals and coordinators get a live view of cohort engagement and growth — accountability built in, without being in every room.
IV
Family Engagement, Built In
Weekly parent summaries and conversation starters — growth doesn't stop when students walk out the door at pickup.
A Note on Mentors

No Strangers
in Your
Space.

This is the question every organization asks first: who are these mentors, and how do we know we can trust them?

PUPA doesn't have an answer to that question — because PUPA doesn't place mentors. Your organization does. The adults who facilitate PUPA sessions are people your community already knows and trusts. A coach. A teacher. A youth director. A longtime volunteer.

We train them. We give them everything they need to run excellent sessions. We support them throughout the season. But the trust was already there before PUPA arrived — and that's exactly how it should be.

What This Means for You

You're not vetting strangers. You're deciding which of your trusted people you want to invest in as facilitators. That's a very different conversation — and a much better one.

Your facilitators go through PUPA training before the season begins. They receive session guides, discussion frameworks, and mentor notes for every week. The platform tracks how sessions are going. And PUPA is available when they need support.

They bring the trust. We bring the structure. Your young people get both.

Start the Conversation

Bring PUPA
to Your
Community.

This is not a long application process. It's a conversation. Tell us about your community, your young people, and what you're hoping to build — and we'll take it from there together.

Whether you're a principal exploring afterschool options, a youth director with 20 young people and two trusted adults, a faith leader wanting a season that means something — this is the right first step.

Ready to move quickly? Mention your timeline in the message. We can work with most schedules — and if PUPA isn't right for your community right now, we'll tell you that honestly too.
